Chip and Joanna Gaines have been busy since leaving Fixer Upper. Along with running their business, Magnolia Market, the reality stars are starting a new venture in the coffee industry and are getting ready to launch their very own network.
The coffee shop, which has not been named, will open a block away from the couple’s Magnolia Market in Waco, Texas. The marketplace already features a slew of businesses, including a garden, food trucks, and a restaurant. The new coffee joint will serve pastries and teas, along with an assortment of coffee options.

Apart from opening a new business, Chip and Joanna are gearing up for their highly anticipated return to television. According to Us Magazine, Chip recently opened up about the couple’s new project on the small screens and revealed that fans will get an inside look at their family life.
“We are coming back to television,” Chip shared. “You’re gonna get to see the kids grow up. You’ll get to see us — obviously maybe a six-month delay like the rest of the world. But we’re excited to be back.”
Shortly after leaving HGTV, Chip and Joanna inked a deal with Discovery, Inc. to launch their own network. The new channel will feature shows that are family-friendly, though a complete show list has yet to be released.
As if that isn’t enough work for the pair, they also have five children to wrangle at home, the youngest of which was born a few months ago. But with a network to manage and businesses to run, it is unclear when the two will find time to raise their children, which is why they left Fixer Upper in the first place.

The couple announced the end of Fixer Upper in 2017. At the time, they said they needed to step away from the world of television so that they can focus more on their family. Several months after the announcement, Joanna confirmed that she was pregnant with her fifth baby.
